The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member, you will support the team in achieving sales targets, driving B2B revenue growth, and ensuring smooth execution of events and gift card bookings.
Main Responsibilities
* Administering sales orders and bookings
* Liaising with corporate clients and cinema locations to ensure successful events
* Supporting the sales team in meeting budgets and preparing sales materials
* Managing customer enquiries, processing payments, and collaborating with accounts for gift card delivery
* Conducting competitor analysis and assisting in portfolio growth through relationship management and new business opportunities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in sales or events is essential.
* Excellent organisation skills with a focus on delivering against deadlines
* The ability to follow KPIs and prioritise tasks to reach targets
* Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or sales is desirable
* A natural communicator focused on providing an excellent service
