Job DescriptionQLS has a casual opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Records and Member Services business unit. This business unit is part of the Regulation Division, and it ensures accurate records of Queensland solicitor practitioners.
The main purpose of this position is to manage the Portal Support email inbox during the renewal period.
In this role you will: Take calls and gather information needed for troubleshooting.Provide a high level of customer service and initial assistance to incoming phone calls and manage our email inbox.Maintain the membership records database to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date, meeting the requirements of the Records Act.Ideally you will have the following: Experience in general troubleshooting with computers and connectivity issues.Previous experience in troubleshooting and network connectivity issues; MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.By joining QLS, you will assist in building a society that genuinely cares about its members, people, and Queensland law.
