About the Position:
You will provide strategic and statutory planning advice, review the impact of Government planning policies and housing policy initiatives on our property portfolio, assist in managing consultants as required, and undertake planning approvals.
This will include:
* Providing accurate and timely technical planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, housing providers, contractors, and consultants.
* Assisting in the completion of planning and technical study reviews, providing advice and planning solutions, and project management of consultants, contractors, and providers.
* Providing advice and recommendations on the appropriateness of different approaches to managing planning risks across projects.
* Delivering high-quality and timely planning information and analysis to enable input into development projects with tight deadlines and short timeframes.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a professional with similar experience, ideally possessing the following skills:
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of relevant environmental and planning legislation and processes.
* Tertiary qualifications in urban/regional planning or a related discipline, or equivalent planning experience.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
