About the role
Our client is looking for a sharp, experienced Project Manager to join their vibrant team! In this full-time role, you'll work closely with clients to ensure every project runs seamlessly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and staff.
* Source and negotiate quotes with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Drive projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budgets.
* Handle scope changes, variations, and defect resolutions.
* Ensure OH&S standards are met across all sites.
* Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Conduct regular site visits to keep projects on track.
Skills & experience
* 3+ years in Retail or Commercial Project Management.
* Extensive Shopfitting experience.
* A pro at client satisfaction, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
* Detailed knowledge of Australian Building Standards and OH&S practices.
* Superb time management and prioritisation skills.
