About the Role: This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.
For the first five weeks, you'll attend a comprehensive training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre, where you'll gain all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
As a reliever, you'll travel to different clinics within your region, including Salisbury, Gawler, Nuriootpa, and Playford .
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties Finalise billing and other essential support tasks About You: You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required) Customer service experience is a must Training Requirement: You must be available to attend training at our Hampstead Gardens centre for the first five weeks of your role.
