The Role
Set within the ivy Precinct on George Street, filled with of Bars, Restaurants, Event Spaces and Australia’s best nightclub ‘ivy’. Our production team pride itself on providing the ultimate guest experience by delivering best in class production elements for a multitude of events.
We work with global brands to provide unique identities for each event we host across our venues. As a Production Technician you will be expected to:
* Lead and manage a team to execute the safe and timely delivery of set up, pack down and reset of production equipment
* Deliver “Toolbox Talks” and safety briefings to the team
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
* Follow a production brief to ensure all deliverables have been met to a high standard.
* Ensuring that the team and venue setting are compliant with all WHS guidelines.
Ideally you have
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience leading and managing teams
* Exceptional communication skills
* Solutions focused attitude
* Be adaptable, organised and have a keen eye for detail
