Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, the L&D Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the design, delivery, assessment and reporting of employee learning, capability and development across all teams nationally.Mulgrave Location | Close to cafes and shops | Free Parking | Team BBQ’s | Flexible work arrangements | Opportunity for FT or PT 4 days p/w | Employee Wellbeing and Benefits ProgramKey Responsibilities Will IncludeAssist in the development and implementation of L&D initiatives, courses and programs designed to enhance workforce skills, capabilities and culture.Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs.Assist in implementing engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.Ensure training records are maintained and accurate.Assist in driving completion of compliance training.Contribute towards the continuous improvement of learning activities.Partner with external training providers to facilitate tailored training.Explore and oversee government funded training and development initiatives.Play a key role and involvement in people and culture projects including social corporate responsibility, reward and recognition and employee wellbeing.Maintenance, review and engagement of the Learning Management System.Review, assess and evaluate training conducted to ensure up to date and contemporary content, tailored to and delivered across a diverse workforce in line with company objectives.Ability to travel to sites, including interstate as required.We are looking for someone who is positive, forward thinking and passionate about learning and development. The ideal team member will have excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a faced paced environment, be collaborative, multitask and partner with the business to achieve learning objectives. Demonstrated experience in a similar role including administering an LMS and developing and coordinating workplace training and development strategies will support success in this role.
