Your New Role As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance, managing staff, and leading a small to mid-sized team. You will be expected to uphold a non-negotiable focus on safety and compliance, while also demonstrating strong planning and time management skills.
