SWAMS delivers a wide range of Services including: GP Clinics, Primary Health Care, Counselling, NDIS and community host various programs. SWAMS has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development.We are seeking a dynamic, client focused Clinical Education Coordinator to coordinate a program funded through Edith Cowan’s University Departments of Rural Health (UDRH). The program aim is to build rural health workforce capacity through providing innovative rural health placements, facilitating quality rural learning experiences. You will also have the opportunity to grow our contribution to innovative Aboriginal health directions and “Closing the Gap” outcomes through collaboration with the SWAMS Research Committee to identify and evaluate funding opportunities and then coordinate health research and health research support activities.The roleYour role will include program planning, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, establishing governance frameworks, providing quality and valued experiences for students, leading and overseeing the programs’ human and financial resources and ensuring, measuring and reporting on the delivery of program outputs and outcomes. This position will oversee the development and delivery of a SW Cultural Training package delivered to more than 200 health students per year.
