The career opportunity: We are looking for a motivated, experienced and customer-focused Member Relationship Consultant to join an Insurance Specialist team. In this role, you will manage and enhance member relationships, providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include new business generation, managing annual renewals, selling policies in line with regulatory standards, updating customer details, and supporting customers with deceased estates. This position is essential for supporting internal teams, handling post-sales operations like policy management and cancellations. The successful candidate requires: Previous experience in a call centre environment with exposure to the insurance management process or a desire to learn.
