About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Scientist to join our team in a regional laboratory setting. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, multi-disciplined pathology services that support patient care and diagnostic excellence.
You will apply your scientific and technical expertise to perform a range of routine diagnostic techniques, from problem definition and planning to execution, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely results.
Under supervision, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new techniques and methodologies, enhancing the laboratory's capabilities.

* Time Management and Initiative: Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and proactively address potential issues, ensuring workloads are completed to a high standard.
* Experience and Knowledge: Experience in using analytical laboratory equipment, laboratory computing, and understanding basic laboratory principles, quality procedures, and general pathology practices.
