We’re hiring Our finance and accounting team is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced recruiters, business developers, and solution sales professionals to join the team. Your key responsibilities: Build and expand client networks while nurturing strong business relationships in the Brisbane market. Develop and maintain a rich talent pipeline of skilled candidates. Deliver end-to-end talent solutions across various industry sectors. Stay informed about hiring trends, providing consultative insights to your clients. Participate in company events, networking opportunities, and CSR initiatives that make a difference. Your qualifications: 3 years of progressive experience in agency recruitment, 360-degree recruitment, or B2B client-facing roles. Proven success in cultivating lasting business relationships. A curious, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning. Interest in technology and a drive to develop a commercial skill set. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. An ethical, growth-oriented, and resilient attitude. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels.
