The core responsibility of this role will be to manage our repairs workload including but not limited to fabrication and welding repairs of mining equipment from loader bucket rebuilds, structural steel fabrication, light vehicle tray fabrication, chute rebuilds and fabrication, pipe fabrication, smelter lance repairs, sand blast and paint, and rubber lining.The ideal candidate needs to have the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams both internally and externally with the ability to bring a different way of thinking and willingness to challenge the norm whilst focusing on capability growth will be essential to this role.
