Job Overview
Helensburgh and Lomond Community Nursing Team are seeking to recruit an experienced first level general nurse, with a Specialist District Nursing Qualification.
Responsibilities
1. Caseload management.
2. Supervision and assessment of care needs.
3. Ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of personalised nursing care to patients.
4. Providing clinical and managerial leadership within the nursing and multi-agency team.
Qualifications
1. Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively within a team.
4. Evidence of continuing professional development.
5. A current driving licence and use of your own car.
