Are you an experienced, hands-on technical team leader with demonstrated ability to develop and mentor the team to understand the relevance of their outputs ensuring they are reliable, relevant, high-value data products and services? Role Requirements/Description Strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with the professionalism and maturity to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; Work within the Group to analyse, document and gain approval of detailed business requirements, including the design of solutions using best practice analysis methods and techniques; Develop plans and proactively identify new opportunities to enable and enhance business reform; Interface with staff and vendors ensuring technical services drive focus on all aspects of priority projects and initiatives; Ensure business and technical integration will be instated across all initiatives and respective Defence activities; Administer and develop within Windows Server, SQL Server, and PowerBI environments; Ensure engagements move forward with solid methodology and communicate critical actions and deliverables in a timely manner; Strategic business advice in the form of verbal and written reports to senior management, as required; Provide thought leadership and contribute to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise; Be flexible in the approach to managing changing priorities in this fast-paced and productive environment, along with the eagerness to learn and advance in a growing organisation; Development and provision of a monthly status report documenting team progress in the delivery of services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
