We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre. An integral role providing support to the centre team and retailers.
About the role
A busy and varied role with no two days the same. Providing a high level of administration and customer service, supporting across a range of general administration and financial tasks. This role will see you interacting with a wide variety of individuals, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service and communication skills and gain experience within centre administration and operations.
Based on site at our Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre, this is a permanent full time role. Working closely with the Administration Manager, the position will include;
1. Providing day to day administrative support for the Centre management team including managing tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors
2. Acting as the point of contact for the Centre management office including managing telephone enquiries
3. Support the Administration Manager, with a range of administrative tasks including, assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection process, preparing centre accounts payable and monitoring expenditure
4. Maintain effective records control and file management
5. Balancing gift card funds
6. Participating in OH&S activities
About you
7. You’ll bring solid administration experience with a strong customer service focus
8. An understanding of accounts payable/receivable would be beneficial as would any experience in managing monthly billing and debtor collection
9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
10. Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word, experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages, including SAP but not essential
11. Interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team or autonomously
12. Able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
