Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Blue Bungalow is a leading and innovative online fashion retailer, with its fast-growing HQ based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.We are creative, data-driven and always striving to achieve our goal of establishing Blue Bungalow as a leading women's fashion & lifestyle brand in Australia and all over the world.Over the last decade, Blue Bungalow has grown from a local summer fashion lifestyle brand to an established eCommerce business with a global presence, and a team of over 100 across our three operational locations - HQ, Fulfilment Centre & Retail Store.The Role The Brand Manager is responsible for creating a high volume of engaging, entertaining, or educational content that resonates with Blue Bungalow's target audience, aligning with established brand guidelines and overall business strategy and goals.A key objective will be increasing brand awareness across our target demographic in Australia, NZ and the US.In addition to managing an established Content Marketing portfolio, the role has accountability for Partnerships, PR & Events portfolios.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the brand marketing strategy and budget with a focus on brand growth through innovative marketing content, activations and brand awareness activities.Oversee the execution of all creative assets by the creative team, managing a workflow amongst the team to allow for efficient and accurate production of all creative briefs.Ideate and produce high quality creative briefs for all visual marketing channels.Provide collaborative guidance on brand representation across all customer-facing touchpoints across the business.Develop and nurture strong working relationships with external talent to optimise business outcomes.Build out the partnerships marketing channel with a focus on affiliate marketing, demographic aligned business partnerships and influencer marketing.Build out an effective PR strategy with the goal of increasing Blue Bungalow brand awareness domestically and internationally in key growth markets, managing a PR agency.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align on creative project timelines and strategic direction.Reporting and analysing the performance of brand marketing activities.About You 5+ years experience in a similar management role, ideally in content or brand marketing focused roles.Formal qualifications in business or creative industries.Proven experience in PR, affiliate & influencer marketing and content marketing essential; events experience well regarded but not essential.Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies in retail-centric industries; fashion well regarded, but not essential.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.Creative to the core, with a sound understanding of commercial objectives.An inspiring and supportive leader who understands that the strength of the team is key to the success of the department; experience managing a team of at least 3 is a must.A people person - you are energised by collaborating with your colleagues.Curious, with a track record of continual learning.Resilient and flexible with the ability to pivot based on changing business and consumer environments.Why Work at Blue Bungalow?
