The Role
Dyno Nobel is seeking a trade-certified heavy vehicle automotive technician to safely deliver daily maintenance plans and lead execution in line with company values, legislation, and HSEQ procedures across various iron ore sites in the Pilbara.
Responsibilities Will Include Planned and corrective maintenance of FM 8x4 Volvo-based mobile processing units and auxiliary equipment (MPU Trucks).Maintaining all facets of road-going heavy vehicles combined with onboard advanced ammonium nitrate manufacturing capabilities.What You Will Bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance cultureExperience with European prime movers (Volvo advantageous)Heavy vehicle mechanical trade certification, or automotive electrical (dual trade advantageous)Auto electrical experience backed with strong diagnostic aptitude.Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry and control systems.Qld HR Licence (advantageous)Proficient computer skills – exposure to CMMS systems valued.Technically ambitious, love a challenge and provide a can-do attitude!Hold a Dangerous Goods security clearance – or have the ability to obtain.Heavy Rigid Vehicle License - (advantageous)If you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100% we still want to hear from you. Our team stays in well-equipped camps featuring a wet and dry mess, recreation room, gym, pool, and tennis courts, ensuring a comfortable and balanced lifestyle on-site.
