About your role:
The role will have a focus on the patients self identifying as First Nations within the whole of CHHHS including supporting community providers as a resource in medication managment. This position will be required to provide clinical pharmacy services and support by Telehealth to outlying hospitals and health services in the CHHHS and Torres and Cape.
Deliver high level clinical pharmacy services within the Community Care team within the CHHHS in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
Monitor clinical work practices and develop innovative and novel systems to assist all members of the community services through the development of information resources, which includes legislation, pharmaceutical information, drug therapy protocols and relevant published resources.
