Contract Support Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Contract Support Coordinator to provide essential contract management and administration support for centralized panel contracts.
You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, ensuring communication is effective, and resolving any routine contractual issues, also contributing to future procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing panel contracts and standing offers
* Develop contracts for medium-value, medium risk requirements
* May be involved with high-value, high-risk procurement activities under supervision in a supporting role
* Ensure compliance with government and agency procurement policies
* Interpret contract terms and maintain contractor compliance with panel contract requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract development and/or management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the processes involved in contract management and administration.
Requirements:
* Experience in contract development and/or management
* Knowledge of the application of procurement policies and procedures
* Sound verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Sound written communication skills, with the ability to prepare procurement and technical documents
* Sound analytical, research and evaluation skills, with the ability to provide solutions to problems and issues
