Form ImaginationForm Imagination is a leading-edge manufacturing company in the live entertainment space, ranging from live performances to art installations.With multiple departments, we manage a wide range of projects.About the PositionThe Projects Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and teams.This role ensures that project objectives are met through efficient resource allocation, regular progress tracking, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.The Projects Officer will be involved in a range of activities, including coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and managing documentation.Key Responsibilities & Skills Assist in ensuring that all project deliverables and event outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations.Work with technical teams and event staff to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.Coordinate staff resources to align project requirements.Comply with and follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements as outlined in relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and Acts.Key Selection Criteria Experience in the performing arts or corporate event industry, particularly in project management, event management, or theatre operations.Ability to work cooperatively in a sensitive and confidential environment as an effective team player.Strong customer service skills, able to deal with a broad range of clients from diverse industries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare routine correspondence and record accurate notes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with event management or project management software is advantageous.Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
