As the Store Manager, you'll lead your passionate and committed team to create a customer-driven culture in-store and work together to achieve goals along the way!Be in charge of all store operations to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.Mentor and develop your team to achieve success and inspire them to grow their journey with General Pants.Driving outcomes and results – through the right skills and behaviours, self-reflection across teams and breaking it down to bite size pieces as needed Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyse what has impacted your store results and work with Regional Manager on future actions Understanding and coaching others to decipher reports into actions – how to hit that % or target through action Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results Mentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves Manage the team's workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy Prioritise team members wellbeing and mental health – ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feeling About you...
