Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calls effectively, utilizing communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
* Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and payments.
* Maintain precise records of customer interactions and investigations.
* Work towards achieving business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
* Previous experience in debt recovery.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers.
* Experience in taking payments and negotiating payment schedules.
* Ability to handle difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.
* High level of attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
* Demonstrated resilience in challenging situations.
