Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers by developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs. Apply a customer-centric approach to support their needs with suitable products and services. Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures, collaborating with product partners and stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally bring prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending, along with strong communication skills to assist customers effectively. Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts is also essential. Familiarity with risk management concepts, particularly credit risk, risk and market risk, and regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know your Customer) and AML (anti-money laundering), would be advantageous.
