Description:
The Graduate Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the MBA Office, focusing on tasks that enhance the student experience and facilitate the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the MBA Office with all administrative duties
* Perform reception tasks, greeting students and answering/routing calls to the appropriate staff
* Address general inquiries about the MBA program
* Prepare student records for advising appointments with updated information
* Perform general clerical work (copying, filing, data entry)
* Support office staff as needed
* Ongoing tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
* Must be a current graduate UHD student
* Maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher
