We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional at our hearing clinic in Tuart Hill, WA.
You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role. Full training and ongoing support provided.
This is a permanent full-time position working between Monday and Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

What will you be doing?
1. Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
2. Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
3. Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
4. Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics
5. Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
What do you need to be successful in this role?

9. Excellent organisational and time management skills
10. Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
11. Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
12. Intermediate computer skills
13. An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
14. Prior experience in customer service/admin
