Through strategic workforce initiatives and learning programs, you will drive growth, engagement, and long-term success.Organisational Development & Strategic Workforce InitiativesThis role embeds We Are Wannon into workplace culture by delivering workforce initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and future capability.Lead the implementation of We Are Wannon and its four strategic workforce pillars.Oversee workforce planning to ensure future capability needs are met.Use workforce insights to assess and improve workforce initiatives.Develop programs that enhance psychological safety, recognition, inclusion, and agility.Support and coordinate workforce and people-focused committees.Develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance capability, engagement, and performance.Learning & Development LeadershipThis role ensures employees have access to learning programs that build capability, develop leaders, and maintain compliance.Design and deliver learning and leadership development programs.Oversee compliance training to meet regulatory and organisational requirements.Manage the Learning Management System to track and report training activities.Use workforce data to measure and improve learning outcomes.Mentor and support a direct report to ensure effective program delivery.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bringWe're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for learning, leadership development, and workforce excellence.
