The Wray Hotel is seeking experienced bar staff and a Duty Manager with ideally 1-2 years experience in the hospitality industry, with craft beer and cocktail knowledge. You must be passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a fantastic experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Run meals and maintain clean tables.
Engage with guests and create unique experiences that encourage guests to return.
Maintain a neat and organised environment.
Adhere to RSA & health code regulations.
Work well in a great team with a can-do attitude.
