Learning and Development Specialist [Investigations] (ICAC 24/009)

The Learning and Development Specialist is a new position that will have impact throughout the Investigation Division.It is responsible for the identification of training and development needs, and development and implementation of appropriate and targeted solutions to meet the strategic needs of the division including promoting continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time position. You will be paid a competitive annual salary of $126,207 - $140,383 (ICAC Officer Grade 5), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 11%) and annual leave loading.
A Talent Pool may be created for future permanent or temporary positions and is valid for a period for up to 18 months.

You are a highly experienced, dedicated, and motivated trainer.You will enjoy partnering with leaders, colleagues, and subject matters experts, to coordinate, create, deliver and review training and other learning processes, tailored to the employees of the Investigation Division.

·Demonstrated ability to develop learning and development frameworks and to develop, deliver and review training programs.
·Well-developed problem solving, planning and organisational abilities.
·Very high level of written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse background, occupation, and seniority, both internal and external to the Commission.
·An understanding of contemporary investigative techniques will be well regarded.
·A tertiary qualification in Education or Workplace Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
