You will be at the forefront of advancing its mission and values, championing compelling narratives, and fostering a cohesive and influential public presence.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for:Media and Community Engagement: Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy to enhance community trust and visibility, working closely with senior leaders. Provide proactive media support and effective responses to key issues.Internal Communications: Oversee the development of an internal communications strategy that fosters engagement and strong relationships across the organisation, partnering with leaders to promote clear and effective information-sharing.Digital Marketing and Social Media: Lead the organisation’s digital strategy, including website management, social media, and digital marketing efforts to establish and maintain a strong online presence.Publications: Oversee the production of the organisation’s magazine, ensuring that content aligns with organisational values and reaches a broad audience.Brand and Content Management: Maintain consistent brand standards across the organisation, acting as a brand champion and overseeing the production of marketing materials, annual reports, and other branded content.Marketing and Events: Develop marketing campaigns to promote services, plan major events, and support leaders in enhancing community engagement.Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment and supporting professional growth.Essential Qualifications and SkillsYou will bring strategic and inspiring leadership to the team, combined with a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships across the organisation.
