About the Role
Reporting directly into the Principal, this is a role that requires a confident and extremely capable Property Manager full time, Monday - Friday. Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties - with just about all located within 5km of the office
* Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
* All facets of portfolio management - end-to-end
* Fuel allowance paid / Phone provided
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a natural born leader! The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this position will have:
* A current Certificate of Registration is essential!
* A Valid Drivers License and Car
* 2-3 Years strong Property Management experience
* Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus
* Outstanding written & oral communication skills
