Your key responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing an Annual People and Culture Strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business goals.Overseeing the People function and leading a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all levels of the organisation.Leading the L&D function to create a culture of learning and develop industry-leading training.Strategically managing the talent acquisition function to attract top talent that aligns with the organisation's values and goals.Designing and executing organisational development strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Developing and implementing DEI strategies that foster an inclusive culture, as well as working with external organisations to attract diverse talent.Maintaining a strong knowledge of Fair Work and relevant employment law.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with over 10 years of experience in Executive HR roles. They will possess a proven track record of leading teams in HR, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of relevant employment law and navigating risk in a scaling business is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing and implementing effective organisational development strategies. Familiarity with change management processes, with hands-on experience executing cultural and procedural changes is key.
