Job Description We are presently seeking a Content Designer to join our small but vibrant Corporate Affairs team on an initial six-month contract with the potential to go permanent as our workforce grows. The Content Designer will create professional, engaging and easy to use content which guides and informs operational stakeholders located at Immigration Detention Centres Australia wide. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, broad day to day responsibilities for this position include creating: Guides, contact lists and information sheets for HCA staff Communication sheets and other documents for detainees Process documents and guides for stakeholders including Facilities, site management and Border Force staff Content and format requirements will be provided for each piece of work with primary stakeholder groups including on-site operational teams, clinical leads and senior managers. The successful candidate will be a confident and capable self-starter, well versed in transposing basic textual documents into vibrant, easily understood media images which appeal to wide range of audiences. Previous experience in as similar role is anticipated, in addition to well-honed communicative skills including the ability to engage with operational stakeholders across varying levels of complex organisations. This role is part of a significant government project for HCA.
