The position is responsible for purchasing activities and for the management and coordination of stock control within Pathology Queensland Toowoomba

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
1. Demonstrated ability to manage and organise the day to day procedures and practices relating to procurement functions.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of the practices and procedures relating to the control of stock levels within a large organisation.
3. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks and to accept non-routine tasks.
4. Proven ability to follow instructions and work conscientiously and accurately with minimal supervision.
5. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members of staff and clients.
6. Demonstrated keyboard skills and knowledge of computerized supply systems and general computer applications.
7. A demonstrated commitment to the principles of quality management and continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
8. Experience in the use of S4HANA would be advantageous.
9. Movement and physical suitability to perform the manual handling tasks associated with completing the role.
