Our Head-Office is based in Ipswich, QLD. We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Receptionist/Administration to join our growing team. We are a friendly, happy team with a great office team culture. About the roleThe role is predominantly working on our reception desk, so you will have great presentation and communication skills to greet people each day others role requirements will include:
Taking incoming telephone calls each day, answering/screening and forwarding to the correct team member
Greeting and welcoming our visitors and guests, signing in/out of the business and directing them to the correct person
Overseeing and maintaining the general cleanliness of reception, meeting rooms, stationary cupboards etc.
Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail and incoming deliveries received to the business
General Administration duties (such as: filing, photocopying, letter writing, updating contact lists, changing printer toners, taking meeting minutes, overseeing stationary and kitchen supplies)
Arranging lunches / catering/cakes, running general errands and coordinating business functions as and when required
Assisting the Lead Team Administrator with IT, computer/laptop setup usually for new starters
Ordering uniforms/PPE and maintaining the general stock levels, Including collecting uniform/PPE on occasions from the supplier
Assisting the business and Lead Team Administrator with general administration duties, some basic marketing including social media posts or other business related administration.
Capabilities
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has the ability to multitask and prioritise
Holds exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to present themselves professionally on the front desk
An excellent communicator both face to face and over the telephone
Is highly organised, with a ‘can do’ attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
A fast learning with IT software, and ability to type and letter write, ideally with some previous proven business administration or reception experience.
