In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates and develops human-centric experiences across all aspects of a product, service, brand, or experiential event, aligning with overarching business objectives and strategic plans. You will consider all physical, digital, and multichannel touchpoints to promote high levels of adoption and engagement. Additionally, you will produce visual graphics and designs using a variety of techniques and software to enhance a product's usability, accessibility, and desirability. This collaborative environment will allow you to contribute to innovative solutions that drive meaningful user experiences.
When joining this team, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of various processes, solutions, and projects. This involves executing agreed activities, applying sound judgement, and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform your recommendations while considering success criteria, barriers, risks, and issues. You will be accountable for meeting your own targets, which will have a direct impact on the immediate team. Additionally, you may assist in coordinating the work of junior colleagues or team members. Your role will also involve achieving performance objectives and metrics set locally, including client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.
What we’re looking for

* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
* Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mock-ups
* Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions
* Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
