Woods & Co Recruitment are on the hunt for a motivated Client Services Coordinator to join this highly regarded charted accounting practice based in the stunning Armadale.
We're looking for someone that is experienced and hardworking and has experience working in a similar administrative role with an Accounting or Business Advisory practice.

Manage ASIC & ATO document processing, information & lodgements Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, share transfers, company address & name updates, de-registrations, minutes & share certificates Be responsible for new corporate registers to be signed, stamped & added to BGL Applications for TFN's, ABN's, GST & PAYG registrations Company & Title searches Compile BAS, tax returns & financial statements via Xero Scanning, emailing & filing General office and reception duties Keep general areas & meeting rooms tidy Diary management Client correspondence What do you need?
Must have experience in a similar role within an Australian Accounting practice Must have full working rights in Australia Experience using Xero Practice Manager & CAS 360 (preferred) Strong administration skills Great communication skills both written & verbal A positive 'can do attitude' Be a customer service superstar If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
