Someone who thrives under pressure but also has the capability to work calmly and professionally would be successful in this role and in this industry. We are also open to someone who does not have an Events background but has strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills!ResponsibilitiesManaging event schedules, critical paths, and run sheetsCreating and managing overall exhibitor manualsProviding customer service and communication with exhibitors, visitors, speakers, and internal functional teamsOrganizing associated functions including feature areas, briefings, social events, seminars, and meetingsProviding onsite and pre-show support in various rolesRegularly update and keep the Master Spreadsheet up to dateAssist in other administrative tasks as requiredEvent guide and other show collateral productionRequirementsPossess substantial administration and customer support expertise, along with a solid understanding of business principlesEvent background is nice to have. Other related experiences/industries include Customer Service, administration/receptionist, and HospitalityHave a can-do attitude with a flexible and adaptive approach to any situationMaintain high attention to detail and work efficiently within tight deadlines while staying organizedPossess well-developed oral and written communication skillsCustomer Service experience is a must, ability to deal with challenging or demanding customersWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
