Position overview The Senior Consultant – Indigenous Employment and Retention is responsible for providing high level advice and support to stakeholders across the University, contributing to the attraction and retention of Indigenous staff and participating in a broad range of recruitment and retention strategy projects and implementation. We are seeking someone with experience in leading employment and retention project activities, the ability to engage stakeholders across ANU and work with external partners to support our work in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Candidates must have an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and proven culturally appropriate engagement and communication skills.
