Benefits Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Super $15,000 Benefits package (company car, fuel allowance) $3000 per year PD per clinician for external training AHPRA Registration and CPR training paid for Company Car for private and personal use provided Flexible working hours so you can keep that optimal work/ life balance and option to work a condensed week or 9 day fortnight Ample opportunities for internal multidisciplinary training Weekly Occupational Therapy specific upskilling A lot of exposure to Multidisciplinary practice and opportunity to upskill your knowledge Ample opportunities for career progression Administration team to take care of bookings and billings What you will be doing Travel to patient’s homes to provide meaningful therapeutic supports in context Making assessments of patients' physical and psychological conditions Formulating and introducing treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities Completing documentation as required, including detailed reports Collaborating with allied health team, teachers, and families/carers to create plans and programs Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care Staying up to date with developments in treatments Supervision of allied health assistant and students Mentoring of new graduates and recruits Support Weekly multidisciplinary meetings Qualified Allied Health Assistants who work across the multidisciplinary team to provide support in sessions and/or in the office. $3000 annual Professional Development allowance to undertake external training Administration team to take care of bookings and billings The Team Vibe Offering a positive and supportive work culture, this team enjoys getting together to celebrate staff birthdays and work anniversaries on a regular basis.
