We are seeking an IT Support Technician with excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills to provide first- and second-level technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and resolving hardware and software issues.Responsibilities:Provide timely and efficient technical support to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.Track IT incidents and service requests, prioritize issues, and escalate as needed.Administration and maintenance of a diverse array of IT tools and services including on-premises and cloud resources, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, software applications, hardware, and AV equipment.Provide basic Layer 2 network support for LAN and wireless networks.Identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Maintain and update IT documentation, enhancing the knowledge base for end-user and technical support.Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT and Security software and hardware.Requirements:Relevant IT certification or degree.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Well-organised and a highly collaborative approach.Strong understanding of IT support principles and best practices.Good understanding of multiple systems across on-prem and cloud infrastructure.At epay Australia, we recognise our people are critical to our ongoing success.
