We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you’ll doAs the Regional Health & Safety Manager for Australia West/NT, your responsibilities include:Liaise with office and project management as the HSE focal point for all aspects of project delivery in AUW.Escalate and deal with any emerging risks associated with the achievement of project contractual requirements or HSE vision.Conduct regular HSE conversations, leadership interactions, HSE talks, training sessions, and promote safe work practices to ensure awareness of HSE at all levels.Engage with customers to ensure that customer HSE expectations and requirements are met, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Monitor the effectiveness of HSE risk management activities within projects and offices, providing timely advice and support.Support the Regional HSE plan through conduct of assigned assessments and facilitate implementation of corrective action processes.Collaborate to share and apply best practices, lessons learned, and improve knowledge management across the organization.Stay abreast of emerging HSE issues and legislation, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and assisting with HSE legislative compliance.What you’ll haveExtensive HSE experience on major projects.Strong demonstrable knowledge of HSE business and project processes and field practices with working knowledge of other areas.Experience with project delivery procedures and processes.Stakeholder management and leadership skills.Experience in workshop facilitation, problem solving and conflict resolution.Industry relevant experience including in a site-based project HSE or quality role on large or complex projects involving procurement and contractor management.Why you should applyTake advantage of our global on-line learning platform!Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
