Our Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS) is comprised of the best and brightest industry professionals, at the forefront of innovation, and highly invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and global clients.The role:Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator and Sub Regional Lead and working closely with a Facilities Coordinator onsite, this role will manage the Reception desk activities and support the Sub Regional Lead in admin related tasks.Work schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 1pmHere's a snapshot of your day:Manage reception desk activities, including induction of visitors, contacting host and issuance of building badges.Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.Manage couriers and mail being sent and received.Assist site FC with inspection and escorting as and when required.Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms.Monitoring of M/Tea and stationery stock on site.Lodging work requests via SI7. Handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.Ensure documentation compliance is completed prior to site access being given to Contractors.Review all WOs for the region daily and contact FM/FC staff if WOs are due to go past due.Collate and prepare presentation of month end report for the region.Maintain the utilization database for the region ensuring all data is submitted in a timely manner.Analysis of WO data to identify trends in duplication or potential issues.Maintain the CWID database for the client and ensure all IDs are extended in a timely manner.Track and review all PPM service records to ensure compliance to account KPI's.Function as a backup for creation of WO's and PO for FM's/FC's during absence or outages.About You:Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks.Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, or related role.Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.What's in it for you?Working alongside an experienced, well-established individual.Extremely inclusive and friendly office culture.Exposure to world-class facilities management services and opportunity to work with some of the industry's most talented performers.High exposure to career growth opportunities within GWS and across CBRE.If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
