Job DescriptionThe finance team at NCS Australia is on an exciting transformation journey, aligning teams, operations, and systems from legacy companies into One Team. We are seeking an Operations Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the upskilling and growth of our accounting function in Australia. This role is crucial in building operational excellence through a period of change following a system migration and the migration of corporate banking. Key responsibilities include:
Aligning accounting operations across entities.Standardising and simplifying record-to-report processes.Transitioning banking arrangements from incumbent banks to a single banking provider.Managing clients and vendors through this change.Creating future treasury and liquidity management processes.Supporting the Finance Leadership team during the financial audit of FY25.Assisting with legal entity reduction projects as required.While the role has no direct reports, it requires close collaboration with accounting, statutory and tax, and business operations teams. There is potential for conversion to a permanent, full-time role, subject to future organisational development.
