This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Administrator to manage export documentation in the horticulture industry. The role involves using the Exdoc system, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth export processes. Full training and support will be provided in a vibrant office environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring, answering, and sending emails Basic data entry Printing documents and certificates Electronic filing and organisation of documents Providing administrative support where required Preparation of export documents What We Are Looking For: Candidates with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Reliability and the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Previous experience with export documentation in the horticulture industry is essential Proficiency in using Exdoc for raising RFPs is essential Must have own vehicle due to limited public transport options Key Details: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. with a need for occasional weekend work when required.
