2 Year fixed term, full-time position, 242 Exhibition Street Melbourne office location & remote.
Position overview the Registrations Officer is responsible for delivering practitioner registration administration to support the effective and efficient administration of the licensing and registration scheme for building and plumbing practitioners. This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing of registration and licensing applications and providing customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for experience in acustomer service and a wide range of administrative functions. A confident communicator with excellent vebal/ written skill and strong attention to detail. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, keen to contribute to improving systems and processes.
Knowledge and experience to maintain database records and proficiency using Microsoft suit Teams, Word, Excel and Sharepoint. Prior experience processing of licensing and registration applications would be well regarded.
