The Role Opportunity
As a senior coach, you will support Mobile Banking by coaching lenders to achieve excellent customer and sales outcomes through improved lender capability. You will ensure lenders and Managers understand compliance requirements and hold them accountable for high-quality lending outcomes. You will collaborate with Home Buying Academy coaches to enhance knowledge of CBA products, processes, and systems.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Coaching and training lenders and their managers to improve product knowledge and skills
* Enhancing lender capability, performance, and corresponding improvements to deal structure, error rates, and compliance
* Maintaining compliant and uniform standards through adherence to approved training programs
* Contributing to training delivery methods, material, and content
* Staying up-to-date with business changes and new CBA products, processes, and systems
* Implementing training actions resulting from new projects and business initiatives
* Accrediting Network Lending Staff
* Monitoring online learning progress and ensuring successful completion
* Counseling lending staff to achieve business outcomes
* Guiding Line Managers on managing the sales pipeline for effective resource use and lead actioning strategies to optimize lending outcomes
* Fostering relationships and contributing ideas to develop strategies that optimize lending opportunities for customers and the Bank
* Assisting Line Managers to ensure team members comply with Bank policies and procedures
