We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our presence and drive success in the travel sector. In this role, you'll be key to expanding our client network, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in the Australian market, with a focus on the South Asia region. Previous experience in business development within the travel industry, coupled with a passion for travel is essential. What You'll Do: Create and execute strategies to grow our customer base across Australia. Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads proactively. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on growth goals. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies. Regular interstate and international travel required. About You: A minimum of 3 years direct BDM experience within the Travel Industry. Strong understanding of the Australian travel market. Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Independent and proactive in driving business growth.
