Mortgage Loan ProcessorGlass Financial - Alice Springs, AustraliaEstablished, Award-Winning Lending BusinessWe are looking for a new team member to join the team and assist in all aspects of the finance process from initial submission to settlement and beyond.You will be working closely with the director and loan processing team to ensure new loans are prepared and submitted in a timely manner, loan settlements run smoothly, CRM is maintained, and compliance requirements are met.Job benefits and perksOur business is growing fast which presents a great opportunity to make your mark and become an indispensable part of the team.We are looking to continue our growth path so the role will be fast paced and enjoyable for the right person.Salary of $70,000 to $80,000 pa + bonus after probation depending on experience.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing phone calls & emails.Data input of Loan Applications into aggregator's software program (SFGconnect).Liaise with clients and collate outstanding documents.Respond to all queries and requests and action/escalate issues as required.Manage client's journey from enquiry through to loan settlement.Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations.Managing client relationships, keeping them up to date with progress and outcomes (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing).Manage a Team of 2 that will assist with application lodgement and lender/ settlement follow up.Must be comfortable liaising with Lenders, Customers and other external parties including valuers, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents and Accountants.Assisting our clients with general queries as part of the ongoing client relationship management, including post settlement requirements.Working with clients, bank BDMs and credit assessing teams, as well as internal stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Experience with SFG Connect (Sales Trekker).Previous experience as a mortgage broker, loan writer, para broker or office manager.Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded but not essential.Ability to multitask and deal with multiple priorities.Ability to write professional business emails.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in high pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.Confidence to work independently with minimum supervision.Exceptional telephone manner; a friendly and professional disposition is essential.The Role will include:Utilise established electronic forms and processes.Assessment of financial position upon receipt of Fact Find.Completing Research and Needs Analysis.3-4 products selected, checked against policy and suitability.Simulation and comparison of 3 loan products.Ordering of Valuations and Credit Checks.Report provided with recommendation ready for broker to present to the client.Cross checking lender application and compliance documents.Assisting with clients completing loan documents.Ensure settlement dates are met.Managing client relationships, keeping them up to date with progress and outcomes (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing).Selection Criteria:You must have a minimum 2 years' experience in a current para-broking / senior mortgage broking assistant role with a mortgage broker (or equivalent in finance).Excellence analysis and written reporting skills.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can-do attitude.You must be able to manage your time and multiple finance deals in a busy environment.Strong skills using Google Drive, Word, Excel, Aggregation Software and online programs.Experience with ApplyOnLine is not essential but would be an advantage.Experience with SFG Connect (Sales Trekker).Lender credit policy knowledge and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
