Skills And DutiesWith an immediate start, you will be required to: Manage and maintain master data associated with Kits in the ERP system, develop and maintain documentation, including Work Instructions, Policies, Procedures and Process Maps Ensure BOM accuracy to improve inventory planning and forecasting while still reflecting the OEM strategy Collaborate with Planning and Procurement and external stakeholders to optimise BOM structures and adjust for supply constraints Provide reports and insights on Kit program logic and effectiveness, support and train users on BOM management and reporting tools Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies and procedures. Essential RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you will have: A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification Strong knowledge of production and inventory management principles, stock controls and production processes The ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and schematics with a proficiency in ERP systems with advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills with application of Power BI and reporting Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
